SuperShield  offers free postage for all our products. However we also offer express post & registered post facility to emphasize customer’s postage choice. For more information, please visit out Return, Refund & Exchange Policy .

We are 100% Canada based company located in Ontario, Toronto. All of our orders will be shipped from Ontario by Canada Post.

Orders before 2 PM on business days will be dispatched on the SAME DAY! Orders after 2 PM will be dispatched on the next Business day.

Tracking is available for Express Shipping, but sorry it’s not available for Free Shipping.  We are using CanadaPost as our only shipping partner. If you select Express Shipping, you will receive an update email with your tracking information. You can track your orders on Australia Post website

If your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, we can update the address for you. But if your order is on the way, unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time. However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

We accept payments via paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA, and American Express.

Yes. As a customer you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from the Website for  a refund.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
